Support Staff

We are seeking a Support Staff member to join our team on a bank basis to cover annual leave, sickness or other temporary absences. This varied role will involve answering phones, handling files and supporting managers.
In this position, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents and providing tours to prospective clients and their families. You will also assist with creating a vibrant and happy environment across all aspects of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the management team
- Meeting and greeting visitors, residents and clients
- Assisting with tours and showings of our care homes
- Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to multitask effectively, have good computer skills and a confident telephone manner. As a people person, you will take a genuine interest in our residents and their families.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and confidence through courses designed to enhance your abilities across all responsibilities.

The estimated salary for this role is £18,000-£20,000 per annum, depending on experience. As this is a bank position, hours and days worked will vary.
