Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Premier Community. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including washing, showering, and dressing
  • Assisting with medication and meal preparation
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Recording visits and updating client records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license
  • High personal values and a professional approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
