Sushi Production Specialist

Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. If you have enthusiasm, energy, and the ability to demonstrate initiative, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work as part of a team or independently, maintaining high standards at all times. You'll prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products, accurately label products, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate will be an early riser, able to start shifts at 6am if needed, and have a good understanding of Food Safety & Health regulations, as well as brand standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
- Be a skilled multitasker in a fast-paced environment
As a valued member of our team, you'll receive:
- Paid fortnightly salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
