About the Role

Claire Joster is recruiting on behalf of our client, a globally recognized manufacturer of high-quality fasteners and innovative solutions. Our client has a strong presence in the industry and is dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client's market presence in the UK.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to enhance the sales strategy and product offerings.
  • Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry or Industrial Manufacturing and related products, with a preference for experience in fasteners.
  • Experience selling manufactured products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to travel as required within the UK.
