We are seeking a skilled Aftersales Advisor to join our team at Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Tonbridge. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a professional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise aftersales profitability by converting predicted service and routine maintenance event call leads into booked retail hours.
  • Operate as a key member of the service team working together to achieve department targets.
  • Keep abreast of all Dealer and Brand offers to maximise customer retention and potential upsell opportunities.
  • Log all contact, bookings, and customer record amendments accurately on appropriate systems.
  • Use every calling opportunity to improve the customer database, establish and record customer contact preferences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Aftersales environment is preferable.
  • Have good mechanical awareness or understanding of cars and parts.
  • Have good attention to detail.
  • Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Committed to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service.
  • Excellent communicators, organised and have great inter-personal skills.
