Sanctuary Group is a leading provider of care services, dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents and staff. We are currently seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Kintyre House.
Key Responsibilities- To provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
- To lead and manage a team of care assistants, promoting a culture of teamwork, kindness, and compassion.
- To develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Experience in care, preferably with a SVQ3 in Social Care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- A flexible approach, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- A competitive salary of £14.00 per hour, reflecting your expertise and experience.
