Clinical Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Services Manager to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our specialty team, you will be responsible for providing operational leadership and management of the Theatres, Anaesthetic and Critical Care (TACC) Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the operational aspects of the specialties, including the management of all resources and the monitoring and achievement of agreed performance objectives.
- Work closely with Clinical Leads and Matrons to consider, plan and implement change to ensure continuous service and efficiency improvements.
- Line manage other members of the Directorate management support team as required.
- Experience within the Healthcare sector at senior management level.
- Proven track record of successful financial management.
- Proven track record of monitoring and delivering to healthcare targets.
- Experience of successfully delivering major service change projects and programmes within a healthcare setting.
- Experience of producing reports, data analysis and performance information.
- Experience of working within theatres/surgical services.
- In-depth understanding of clinical governance management.
- Knowledge and experience of information governance and data protection.
- Ability to communicate at all levels verbally and in writing in a manner which is clear, fluent and persuasive.
- Creative thinker with solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
