Job Title: Business Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the statutory functions of our Child and Family Wellbeing Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate child protection statutory meetings, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly, maintaining confidentiality and organization.
  • Ensure all statutory requirements and deadlines are met, maintaining accurate records and communications.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and communication.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business administration or a similar role, specifically related to child protection processes.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory meeting arrangements and requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
