Business Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the statutory functions of our Child and Family Wellbeing Teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange and coordinate child protection statutory meetings, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly, maintaining confidentiality and organization.
- Ensure all statutory requirements and deadlines are met, maintaining accurate records and communications.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and communication.
- Proven experience in business administration or a similar role, specifically related to child protection processes.
- Strong knowledge of statutory meeting arrangements and requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
