Business Development Representative

Are you a sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join our client's expanding office in the heart of Shropshire. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with business owners and decision makers over the telephone to generate new sales opportunities.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct market research and identify business needs
- Connect with business owners and decision makers over the telephone
- Generate new sales opportunities
We are looking for someone with excellent talking and listening skills, a motivation to succeed, and a willingness to learn. If you have experience in a Lead Generation, Telesales, Telemarketing or Customer facing role, we want to hear from you.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus uncapped OTE of up to £42,000 per annum. You will receive world-class on-going sales training and have the opportunity for job progression. Our client offers hybrid working options and a great atmosphere, making it a great place to work.
