Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Management Specialist to join our team at Igloo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing key client contracts, maintaining excellent working relationships with clients, and ensuring the highest standards of performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with customers to maintain forecasted volumes of vehicle movements.
  • Ensure that performance levels are maintained at the highest standards.
  • Oversee all elements of effective Fleet Management, including In-fleeting and De-fleeting, management of product condition and model utilisation.
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with your clients.
  • Manage customers' future planned activities, including any storage requirements.
  • Attend client premises on a regular basis and participate in remote video meetings.

About You:

  • You will have previous experience of leading and executing project management.
  • You will have previously worked within an account management position.
  • You will have a good knowledge and awareness within the fleet industry.
  • You will have high standard IT skills and be a confident user of Microsoft software packages.
  • You will demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • You will have excellent attention to details and be a good problem solver.

Educational Requirements:

A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

Working Conditions:

The role involves regular travel to client premises and occasional participation in remote video meetings.
