Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Private Client Paralegal to join our in-house practice, specializing in Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal or junior lawyer to develop their skills and experience in Private Client law. You will be working closely with clients to draft and review Wills, LPA's, and handling Probate and Discovery work.
  • Drafting and reviewing Wills and LPA's
  • Liaising with clients to ensure their up-to-date Will is on file
  • Working with panel firms to meet client requirements
  • Handling discovery and probate matters
