Eolas Medical Limited is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Design to lead our design strategy and drive the creation of innovative and user-friendly products.

The Role

As the Head of Design, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of design, from product design and user experience to branding and visual communication. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of usability and create a powerful visual identity that resonates with our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design vision, strategy, and execution across our product.
  • Drive the end-to-end design process, from research and concept development to final design delivery.
  • Ensure a consistent and compelling visual identity across all touchpoints, including product, web, and marketing.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and impactful user experiences.
  • Advocate for design excellence and user-centric thinking throughout the company.
  • Conduct and utilise user research and data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep our products innovative and competitive.
  • Manage multiple design projects, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
  • Present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
