Project Engineer for Solar Energy

Interv_l Group | B Corp™ is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team in the solar energy sector. As a leading company in sustainable energy solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the on-site installation of Solar PV systems, ensuring adherence to project plans, designs, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Implement and uphold health and safety policies to meet Zero accident and incident goals.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, briefs, and Toolbox talks to ensure regulatory and company standard compliance.
  • Lead safety meetings and training sessions for on-site personnel.

Quality Management:

  • Utilize the company Quality Management System to maintain quality control procedures, ensuring that installation work meets required standards.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to verify material quality and workmanship.
  • Document and report quality issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and quality control records.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.
