Service Advisor Opportunity

We are working with a reputable car dealership to find an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. Our client prides itself on delivering exceptional customer care and is looking for someone who can maintain the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers and the public.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customers are informed of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner.
  • Advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
  • Produce job cards on the in-house computer system.
  • Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor.
  • Full driving license.
What We Offer:
  • OTE up to 28K (Depending on Experience).
  • After 3 years of service, you receive an extra 3 Days Holiday.
