About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive occupational health services to our employees, ensuring their health and well-being in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing immunization programs for personnel at risk of exposure to pathogens
  • Assess employees in sensitive and reassuring manner following needlestick/contamination incidents
  • Give ongoing support and information to clients throughout their follow-up period
  • Participate in screening programs for partners and customers
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Relevant post-registration experience in primary and secondary care clinical settings
  • Experience of health promotion activities, working in a team, and maintaining accurate client records
  • Good communication, organizational, and management skills
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience in Occupational Health within the NHS or similar setting
  • Administration of immunizations and vaccinations
  • Quality Improvement tools and audit
