About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Framework Manager to lead our hydraulic modeling framework team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Water and Wastewater Team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our hydraulic modeling frameworks, working closely with our clients to develop and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a dynamic project delivery team, responsible for the successful delivery of our hydraulic modeling frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, including water companies and local authorities.
  • Manage projects, including resources, budgets, and programs, and coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Develop and implement hydraulic model builds, verifications, and solution developments, including knowledge of InfoWorks ICM and GIS packages.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and develop tender responses and fee estimates.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the water industry, with a strong understanding of hydraulic modeling and project management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Relevant degree or vocational qualification, and Chartered status with a relevant professional institution (e.g. ICE or CIWEM).
