We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Website Designer/Developer at Who's Listening Ltd.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow with our full-service marketing agency, specializing in social media, websites, and videos. As a Junior Website Designer/Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the build of new websites and supporting requests from existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the build of new websites and support requests from existing clients
  • Learn the fundamentals of website design and development through 1-on-1 training and online resources
  • Support the existing team with website design and build projects
  • Create blog content for the Who's Listening website
  • Manage positive relationships with clients via email, WhatsApp, telephone/Zoom, and face-to-face meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of work through data collection and time logging
Requirements:
  • Some level of graphic design experience
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator (preferred)
  • HTML and CSS knowledge (preferred)
  • Experience with WordPress, Elementor, and/or Shopify (preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle various tasks, projects, and requests
  • Pro-active, continually learn and develop for both personal and professional growth
  • Self-starter
  • Driving license (preferred)
