About the Role:

  • Support the provision of 2nd and 3rd line remote and in-person IT support for End User Compute environment, software distribution, and software packaging.
  • Develop technical documentation for existing IT solutions and processes.
  • Collaborate with the ICT team to identify improvements to existing IT solutions and processes.
  • Support the installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, and telephony.
  • Participate in incident, service request, and asset management activities.
  • Assist with on-site support and touch labour for other ICT-related services.
  • Help implement and support solutions for the End User Compute environment, including services like M365, SCCM, Intune, and WuFB.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure timely and effective resolution of user issues.
  • Work closely with ICT partners to plan and design computer systems.
  • Analyse computer system performance and capacity, and recommend improvements to the computing infrastructure.
