The Role

We are seeking a Management Accounts Assistant to join our finance team, working closely with the management accountant and finance manager to deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the company's bank accounts and accurately record cashbook transactions.
  • Reconcile card receipts and reconcile bank accounts in GBP and Euro.
  • Process credit card and expense transactions.
  • Support the Management Accountant in preparing the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Desirable Skills
  • AAT studies
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • High degree of accuracy and flexibility to changing demands of the role
