Key Responsibilities- Manage complex tenders from enquiry to deal acceptance, ensuring efficient handling of bids to secure contract renewals.
- Collaborate with the Trading Desk to determine optimal pricing and deal structures, tailoring solutions to meet key account needs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and exploring new product offerings to drive financial growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, acting as an industry expert for customers and driving innovation in our customer offerings.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, providing insights and contributing to strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs).
- Proven experience in key account management and commercial negotiations within the UK Energy sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident, and persuasive with a collaborative mindset.
- Results-oriented, ambitious, and detail-focused.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Adaptable and innovative with a customer-centric approach.
London (hybrid working) - £45,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
