Amazon Marketplace Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Marketplace Manager to lead our e-commerce strategy and drive revenue growth across the Amazon platform.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth across the Amazon platform
- Identify and leverage new opportunities, technologies, and market trends to maximise potential
- Operational excellence in setting up and optimising PLPs and PDPs, liaising with local and global marketing departments on content including product keywords, reviews strategy, and A+ content consistent with best practices and brand guidelines
- Implementation of effective pricing/promotional strategies to maximise sales and profitability
- Enhancing visibility to drive sales by developing and executing Amazon advertising campaigns and conducting thorough keyword research to optimise product listings for SEO
- Tracking and analysing sales performance, conversion rates, and traffic metrics to measure success and identify opportunities
- Accurately forecast demand using historical sales data, seasonality, and market trends. Work closely with demand and supply teams to coordinate and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and sell-through rates
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery to the customer
- Work closely with internal customer service team to ensure high standards of customer service is maintained, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Generate and present regular reports to senior management on inventory and sales performance, identify trends and implementing strategies to maximise sales
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies to improve profitability
- Cultivating strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as platform account managers and affiliated agencies
- Stay informed about Amazon policies and ensure compliance with all marketplace rules, regulations and relevant legal requirements
- Work closely with relevant teams to address and resolve any issues related to policy violations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in developing or scaling brands through Amazon marketplaces, with a focus on driving profitable revenue growth
- Proven proficiency in end-to-end Amazon account management, including streamlining operations, creating SEO-optimised content, and implementing high-return advertising strategies
- Strong skills in planning and managing digital campaigns and projects to meet business objectives
- Strong analytical skills and a commercially focused mindset to identify opportunities and drive business success
- Experience in creating and reviewing ad search strategies and DSP strategies
- Up-to-date knowledge of new Amazon Ads and Seller Central features
- Familiarity with inventory management software and e-commerce analytics tools
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and ability to solve problems and to be solution-oriented
- Able to work independently and across-functions in a matrix structure, collaborating with various teams to achieve results
