About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Property Allocations Specialist to join our team at Essential Employment. As a key member of our lettings department, you will be responsible for managing the allocations process for available properties, ensuring compliance with Part 6 regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring efficient property allocation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the allocations process for available properties
  • Conducting assessments and interviews with prospective tenants
  • Coordinating viewings and facilitating the letting process
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of Part 6 regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
