Senior Inclusion Officer

Peterborough City Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Targeted Youth Support Service as a Senior Inclusion Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of children with complex needs and working in a multi-agency environment to provide effective support and interventions.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in youth justice and children's services, who can demonstrate excellent knowledge of current legislation and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a safeguarding awareness that extends to knowledge of risks outside the home and be able to demonstrate knowledge of effective practice in working with vulnerable young people.
As a Senior Inclusion Officer, you will be required to work flexibly and creatively, managing staff and completing management tasks to develop and support the wider team.
