Job Description

Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled High Voltage Site Lead to join a large main contractor on a significant project in the Cambridge area. As a High Voltage Site Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical elements of the project, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing sub-contractors
  2. Liaising with stakeholders
  3. Attending site meetings
  4. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annumRequirements:
  • HV experience
  • National Grid experience
  • Substation experience
  • Strong electrical background
  • Project management skills
  • Supervisory experience
  • Ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
