### Job Title: Occupational Health Practitioner

### Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Practitioner to join our Human Resources Team. As an Occupational Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in promoting and supporting the health and wellbeing of our employees.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct pre-employment reviews for new starters to ensure they are fit for work
* Provide occupational health surveillance, health screening, and health promotion advice and guidance to employees
* Work closely with HR, Managers, and employees to review and improve health support and health promotion across the business
* Offer advice, signposting, and recommendations to employees on health-related matters
* Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to improve First Aid provision and increase the skills and confidence of our appointed first aiders

### Requirements:

* Experience working in a medical role, preferably in an Occupational Health position outside of a hospital environment
* Hold a recognised Occupational Health qualification
* Must hold a registration as a nurse or nurse practitioner
* Hold a level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English, or be willing to work towards it
