We are seeking an experienced Employment Advisor to join our team in Haringey. As an Employment Advisor, you will work with participants who have been out of work for at least 6 months to help them find sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants and understand each participant's individual needs to plan the support they require to get back to work.
  • Partner with participants to create a comprehensive action plan to identify appropriate career opportunities and address employment-related barriers.
  • Provide job search support, guiding participants to register on relevant jobs boards and ensuring their digital profiles are up-to-date and visible to employers.
  • Ensure participants have an up-to-date and professional CV, supporting statement, and covering letter, tailored for each application.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in a performance target-driven environment.
  • Desire to help people and make a difference.
