We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activity Instructor to join our team at Ultimate Activity Camps. As an Activity Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding, structured activities to children aged 6-14 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver engaging activities that promote participation, development, and enjoyment for children.
  • Take a pastoral role as a group leader, ensuring the welfare and safety of children in your care.
  • Supervise and engage with children outside of activity times, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Continuously promote the welfare of children, adhering to all health and safety, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Act as a suitable role model, demonstrating high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and delivering activities.
  • Ability to tailor delivery and structure of a session according to age and ability.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and passion for developing children through play and activity.
  • Good organisation and communication skills, with confidence in leading a group of children.
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations and challenges on camp.
