Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Ipswich. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting customers to live independently and complete day-to-day activities. You will also identify and assist with opportunities within the local community, providing intimate personal care according to individual needs, and maintaining dignity and respect at all times.

Responsibilities
  1. Support customers to achieve their goals and aspirations
  2. Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet customer needs
  3. Build positive relationships with customers, families, and carers
  4. Communicate effectively and sensitively with customers and colleagues
  5. Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care services
Requirements
  • Experience working in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable)
