We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Receptionist to join our team at RLDatix. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area, including answering and transferring calls, greeting visitors, and processing deliveries.
  • Coordinate office supplies, maintenance requests, and stock control.
  • Process invoices, prepare post for evening drop-off, and manage travel arrangements.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, including meeting rooms and photocopier areas.
  • Assist with company compliance actions and maintain up-to-date H&S notices and staff certification.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, office management, and reception.
