Senior Fleet Contracts Administrator

This role requires an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of contracts for our fleet operations in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient contract administration, effective communication with clients, and adherence to contractual obligations.

• Manage and maintain accurate records of all contracts, including client agreements, service level agreements, and warranty documents.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve contract performance, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with clients to discuss contract terms, negotiate amendments, and resolve any disputes or issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex contractual terms and develop creative solutions.
