Job Summary

Pyramid8 is seeking an experienced Criminal Defence Paralegal/Caseworker to join our growing legal practice. As a well-established firm of solicitors, we recognize the importance of our people and strive to develop staff and support their career progression.

About the Role

  • Work closely with the lead Solicitor to grow and further develop the Criminal Defence team.
  • Contribute to the development of the team's skills and expertise.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of cases in court.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing diaries and arranging travel.
  • Opportunity for a Junior to learn and develop their legal skills.
  • Training provided and the opportunity to develop in other areas of law.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Criminal Defence.
  • Knowledge of the Legal Aid system.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft packages and Case Management Systems.
