Your Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, your primary duties will include managing a team of Tree Surgeons, providing guidance and support to junior team members, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving our equipment, including chainsaws and other machinery, to ensure that we have the right tools for the job. Additionally, you will be expected to assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members, as well as contributing to the development of our company's policies and procedures.
