Fabric Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Technician to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a key member of our Fabric Team, you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and technical support to our customers, ensuring their premises are secure and safe at all times.
As a Fabric Technician, you will work closely with our customers, colleagues, and other teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions. You will apply your technical expertise to a range of situations, using your problem-solving skills and judgment to resolve fabric-related issues and complete projects.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in carpentry and wet trades, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support to customers and colleagues
- Apply technical knowledge to resolve fabric-related issues and complete projects
- Work closely with customers, colleagues, and other teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions
- Ensure compliance with RMPFS health and safety policies and procedures
