Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled Sustainability Project Lead to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our delivery team, you'll be responsible for leading the delivery of impactful climate resilience projects, guiding clients through onboarding and adoption of our powerful SaaS platform. You'll work closely with our internal teams, including climate scientists, software developers, and consultants, to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end processes, from initial scoping and stakeholder engagement to implementation and final reporting.
  • Client Onboarding: Lead client onboarding processes for our SaaS platform, ensuring a smooth transition for new users.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with SmartResilience's internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements
You'll need a degree in Environmental Science, Climate Science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in climate resilience, sustainability consulting. Familiarity with TCFD, ISSB, and CSRD frameworks is essential. Strong communication skills, project management expertise, and technical proficiency in tools such as GIS, climate modelling software, and SaaS systems are also required.

What We Offer
