About the Role

Beiersdorf UK Ltd. is seeking a skilled Packaging Technologist to join our Value Added Service (VAS) Packaging team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing secondary packaging solutions that meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative secondary packaging solutions that meet our business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging solutions are aligned with our brand strategy and customer needs.
  • Conduct tests to ensure packaging meets quality and safety standards, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of changing commercial, legal, technical, and environmental aspects of the packaging industry, packaging materials, and innovations.
  • Provide expert advice on packaging materials and testing methodologies to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience in packaging technology, co-packing, or a related field, preferably with a background in FMCG.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials and testing methodologies.
  • Ability to identify and address potential issues in packaging design and production.
