We're looking for a confident driver with a great customer focus to join our Logistics team on a permanent basis covering Saturday and Sunday.

Your Role:

This is the ideal role for a driver with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills to embark upon a rewarding career with a growing business.

We'll provide comprehensive, on-the-job training to bring you up to speed with Medstrom and our products.

As a weekend Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting products and laundry across the UK across the weekend on a Saturday and Sunday.

Undertaking national transport runs, you will load and unload a vehicle, ensuring you take care of the stock and tools you transport as well as the van/lorry.

You will assist in warehouse functions, as well as ensuring cleanliness of the workplace and the completion of logs.

Standard working hours are 15 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday.

Experience Required:

To join us as a weekend Driver, you will need:

– Full UK driving licence required, with the ability and confidence to drive large and small vans
– Ability to work on your own initiative and follow procedures laid out by the business to achieve deadlines
– Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety rules is desirable
– Excellent customer service skills to provide an efficient service to patients
– Able to work on own initiative and prioritise jobs
– Some flexibility will be needed with working hours, depending on travel, traffic and customer needs

Due to the nature of our business, the successful applicant will be required to undertake a DBS check prior to commencing the role. We are happy to cover the cost of the DBS check.
