About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Modern Foreign Languages department and develop our curriculum offer. As Head of MFL, you will be responsible for leading and managing the department to ensure students receive the highest quality of provision across all Key Stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the MFL department to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive MFL curriculum that meets the needs of all students
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of MFL teachers to deliver high-quality lessons
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the MFL curriculum and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum offer
