Salary and Benefits
The annual salary for this role is approximately £70,000. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including Annual Leave and Bank Holidays, CPD Allowance, and VDS, RCVS, and BVA fees paid.

Job Description
As a veterinary surgeon and clinical lead, you will be responsible for performing routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals. You will conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries. You will also collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Providing guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
  • Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
  • Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
