Drive a School Bus with Stagecoach

Are you a reliable and enthusiastic individual looking for a rewarding career as a School Bus Driver? We are seeking a qualified PCV Licence Holder to join our team at Stagecoach, the UK's Number 1 bus company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a school bus on designated routes, ensuring the safety and well-being of our young passengers.
  • Responsible for the basic cleanliness and presentation of your vehicle, maintaining a safe and clean environment for our passengers.
  • Work a split shift, with morning and afternoon routes, providing a great work-life balance.
  • Guaranteed 25 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
  • 5.6 weeks of holiday, including statutory bank holidays, to be taken during school holidays.
Benefits:
  • Competitive pro rata salary paid weekly throughout the year.
  • Up to £15 per hour, with weekly earnings of up to £360 upon qualifying.
  • Generous pension contributions.
  • Overtime opportunities at all Stagecoach bus depots.
  • £1,200 sign-on bonus, paid in two instalments after 6 and 12 months of service.
Requirements:
  • Full Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Valid PCV Licence and Driver Qualification Card (CPC).
  • Child protection screening, including the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), which Stagecoach will pay for in full.
