Senior Administrator Role with North Oak Recruitment
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to join our team at North Oak Recruitment. As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in improving case turnaround times and workflow efficiency to provide an enhanced client experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Preparation of meeting packs for CEO to complete reviews and presentation meetings, including printing and pre-populating relevant forms as needed.
* Preparation of Post Meeting Letters summarizing the points arising in CEO review meetings.
* Completion of fund switches and creating relevant paperwork.
* Completion of FE Analytics performance charts for use in presentation meeting packs and on an ad-hoc basis to support the CEO.
* Collation of LOA information, either via file note or in writing, ensuring all relevant information is received.
* Booking of Drawdown Reviews, ensuring State Pension Forecast is received prior to meeting.
* Completion of trust forms in line with guidance and support resources.
* Taking the lead on new admin-related projections that become relevant.
* Input of data on relevant cashflow modelling systems to assist the CEO with case construction.
* Undertaking all tasks relating to the PA role when required to provide holiday/sickness cover, etc.
* Onboarding calls to new clients to discuss the services on offer.
Requirements:
* Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and ensure company SLAs are met.
* Strong interpersonal and team skills.
* Proven track record in a financial services administrator role.
* A keen eye for attention to detail to ensure case/business errors are mitigated.
* Ability to self-develop and show initiative by researching solutions independently.
* Ability to change and adapt swiftly as business needs alter.
* Skilled in usage of IT systems such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
