Shopper and Assessor

We are looking for skilled Shoppers and Assessors to join our team at Customer Perceptions. As a shopper, you will be responsible for evaluating customer experiences in various settings across Northern Ireland, with a focus on County Down. Our flexible working hours allow you to choose when you work, and our fee structure is based on a per-shop basis, enabling you to complete approximately 3 shops in an hour, resulting in an estimated hourly rate of £25.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Good observation skills
• The ability to recognize excellent customer service
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

This opportunity allows you to earn additional income while enhancing customer experiences, working on your own schedule, with assessments available on weekdays and weekends, during both day and evening shifts.
