As a Fragrance Expert at Jo Malone London, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers. You will be passionate about fragrance and gifting, with a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs to best cater to them
  • Working as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensuring the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising
