Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Loadbalancer Ltd. Based in the UK, this role will involve generating sales opportunities and qualifying client needs.

This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, as they will be responsible for connecting with prospects through email, social media, and business calls.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales opportunities and qualify client needs
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve shared objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Perform prospecting activities, including pre-call research and planning
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of proven excellence in sales and/or business development, preferably in a technology-based company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think on the fly in a conversation
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/lead-gen automation systems would be beneficial
