Premier Group Recruitment is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team in Watford. As a key member of the 8-10 person development team, you will play a crucial role in writing and developing a wide range of solutions using the latest technologies and frameworks. The business is a trendsetter in their field, working with global brands across all industries, providing cutting-edge solutions in payroll, recruitment, engagement, and HR. They offer a modern, dynamic, and forward-thinking work environment with a structured progression plan for developers looking to step up. The ideal candidate will have experience with JavaScript/Nodejs, as well as backend programming languages such as PHP, C#, or Java. Frontend framework experience with Vue, React, or Angular is also a plus. Good SQL skills, including PostgreSQL, are essential. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is ideal. The role requires office working of 3 days a week in the office. The company offers a discretionary bonus of up to 8-10% paid out annually, ~25 Days holiday plus bank holidays, auto-enrolment into an 8% Pension Scheme, Private Healthcare & Dental Plan, and clear progression plan & support.
