About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to join our team at Ekim Consulting Limited. As a key member of our Business Analysis & PMO Practice, you will be responsible for delivering project and programme outcomes through a blend of bespoke Search, Interim Management, Consulting & Advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of digital projects in line with our client's ways of working, ensuring that stakeholders are managed effectively, key activities are identified and tracked, and budgets are controlled.
  • Own the full project life-cycle for specific projects from initiation through to the end delivery, taking into consideration the planning, coordination, implementation, execution, and control of the full digital project.
  • Ensure projects are delivered ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring there are no over/under spends beyond agreed tolerances.
  • Be responsible for managing the handover to BAU, so production stability is maintained.
  • Build and maintain motivated teams, making sure there is an iterative plan for them to work towards.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of digital project management and delivery.
  • Ability to manage, engage and lead a range of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Financial management, to include budget management and controls.
  • Ability to develop complex plans managing multiple suppliers and dependencies.
  • Well-developed influencing and communication skills.
  • Prince2 or equivalent project management qualification (desirable but not essential).
