Trainee Lettings Negotiator

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Estate Agent who will develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Lettings team at William H Brown.

This is an entry-level role where you'll learn all aspects of residential lettings, generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, agreeing lets & progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

About the Role

We're looking for someone with exceptional customer care/service experience, resilience, positivity, organisation, numeracy, and attention to detail. You'll also need excellent verbal and written communication skills and a full UK driving license.
