Job Title: Suite Attendant

Department: Housekeeping

Location: Orlando, FL

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Suite Attendant to join our team at the Caribe Royale Orlando. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable experience by providing exceptional cleaning and maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to our suites and villas, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
  2. Clean showers, tubs, sinks, toilets, and bathroom items, and make beds according to hotel standards.
  3. Remove used guest items and trash, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
  4. Inspect suites and villas for safety, operating condition of equipment, and damaged linens.
  5. Maintain storage and carts cleaned and organized, and record suite status on assignment sheets.
  6. Provide information to guests about hotel services, facilities, and other amenities.
  7. Prepare suites for guest arrival and ensure that every villa/suite cleaned is complete with all amenities and supplies prior to releasing it as vacant and inspected.
  8. Report any maintenance issues, damaged or missing property, and adhere to recycling program.
  9. Inspect own suites/villas and punch VI on the telephone after cleaning.
  10. Pick up Fiji water from Manager and report all suites/villas that have departed to the Manager at specified time.
  11. Wait until 4pm to re-check and clean any suites/villas with DND.
  12. Notify the Manager when leaving work area.
  13. Perform houseman duties as required, and report lost & found items.
  14. Responsible for cleaning/re-cleaning early outs/transfer suites/villas.
  15. Report any suspicious activity to Security.
  16. Ensure that radio and telephone etiquette is followed.
  17. Promptly return all loss and found items.
  18. Follow key control policy.
  19. Display a professional image at all times through appearance, dress, and conduct, and follow uniform standards.
  20. Maintain and adhere to our company values.
  21. Uphold and follow company's policies and procedures.
  22. Follow all safety standards, including Hazardous Communications, Blood borne Pathogens, Fire Safety, Proper Lifting Techniques, and Housekeeping Safety.
  23. Other duties as assigned by management.
