About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our reputable law firm based in Brighton. The successful candidate will handle general residential conveyancing matters, with property values ranging up to £6 million. This is a medium-volume caseload role, ideal for someone capable of working with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other general conveyancing matters.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring all conveyancing matters are compliant with relevant regulations and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- A keen eye for detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
