About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatient Services team at Nuffield Health's Chester Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to our patients and clinicians, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist colleagues in various specialties, including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, and Neurosurgery.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, focusing on individual needs and preferences.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.
  • Support consultants and nurses with procedures, such as dressings and wound care.
  • Conduct pre-assessment interviews, both in-person and over the phone.
