Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of rental arrangements.
  • Upsell long-term rentals to clients, providing them with the best possible options for their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and rental arrangements.
Requirements
  • Hold a full-valid driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 9 points on your DVLA check.
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a team player, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £23,872.99 per annum.
  • A 40-hour week, working Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
